Organisational structure of ÁKK as it is specified in the Organisational and Functional Statute (organisation chart, set of tasks)

GDMA Pte. Ltd (ÁKK ) is a private company limited by shares, and its single shareholder is the Hungarian State. The shareholder’s rights are exercised by the minister responsible for public finances according to the Stability Act. The company is governed by the Board of Directors.

The daily work is controlled and directed by the Chairman and CEO – within the framework of laws and Dead of Foundation and in accordance with the decisions of the shareholder and the Board of Directors.

The main tasks of the departments which are controlled by the Chairman and CEO are the legal and corporate affairs; the PR communication and the HR. 

The Deputy CEO for Business controls the Departments responsible for the strategy of the debt management; the registration of the debt; the making of macroeconominc analysis; organizing the issuance of the government securities and borrowing of the loans; organizing the secondary market of government securities; developing and monitoring the market of securities; supervising sales channels. The Deputy CEO also controls the departments responsible for the support of the retail sales, the sustainable finance and also the data dissemination.

The Planning and Operational Deputy CEO controls the Departments responsible for the budgetary and financing planning; the supervising of the primary dealer system and the risk management. The Operational Deputy CEO also controls the departments responsible for settlement and accounting of debt transactions, the accountancy, the procurement and supply, the marketing-communication and the maintainance of the IT systems and managing of the IT developments, as well as managing the Company's accounting and financial processes, preparing reports, statements, declarations, and annual financial plans.
