Discount Treasury Bill (DKJ)
Discount Treasury Bills are government securities with maturity less than one year. No interest is paid on these securities; instead, they are issued at a discount, i.e. at a price lower than the face value of the security, and the face value is repaid on redemption date. The difference between the face value and the purchase price is the discount.
